EXECUTIVE BIO

For more than three decades Lisa has been a market facing strategist and business leader.   She is recognized for her expertise and engagement with government clients.   During her three-decade career with IBM, she led the growth of their State and Local practice across their largest engagements and with their largest governmental clients.

 

Lisa has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by governmental agencies, and the companies that work with them, in adopting and funding transformative technology.  Lisa has distinguished herself from her peers over her career by her singular focus on enabling government agencies to improve service excellence and value-for-money for the benefit of citizens.  At Zapfel Group, she provides support to both commercial organizations and to agencies to identify solutions for this market as it seeks to improve service delivered to their constituents.

 

Lisa holds bachelor degrees in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance.   She is professionally affiliated with CompTIA and Women In Technology International (WITI).   She lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with her partner, Paul and her Tuxedo cat, Frankie.
