Bob Zapfel is the Founder and CEO of Zapfel Group. He leads the firm's strategic efforts to build practices, deliver quality service and add to both our client and talent bases.
Bob previously led large B2B professional services businesses at IBM and Xerox, driving (1) improved client satisfaction, (2) strong workforce development and morale and (3) increased profits. He believes strongly in investing in talent and technology to drive improved client experience and consistent predictable outcomes. He serves on the Board of Directors of Pitney Bowes Bank.
Bob has a BA in Economics and a Masters in Finance/Marketing from Northwestern University and a JD from Chicago Kent College of Law.
Now that most of his seven children are in or have graduated college, Bob lives with his wife Colleen and their Samoyed, Bella, in Westport CT.
